You are granted limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

Transaction Information

Kaiserdombag accepts the following payment methods under following condition:

  1. Cash on Delivery
    • Available Nationwide
  2. Bank Transfer
  3. GCash
    • Gcash Account will be provided upon check out.
    • Proof of payment shall be sent to [email protected] right after the transaction.
  4. Paymaya
    • Paymaya Account will be provided upon check out.
    • Proof of payment shall be sent to [email protected] right after the transaction.

 

Shipping Options:

  1. Pick up
    • For those can pick up on our location.
  2. Lalamove/Grab
    • Metro Manila from Los Banos, Laguna down South, Paombong, Bulacan to the North and until Angono and Gen.Rodriguez, Rizal to the East.
  3. Ap Cargo
    • Sea Freight & Air Freight Shipping Fee can pay upon Pick up the stocks.
  4. J&T Express
    • Accept Cash on delivery (COD).
    • Door to Door.
  5. Other Cargo
    • For those customers requested Cargo/Logistic, kindly chat our Customer Service to make sure we can serve your request cargo/logistic.
    • Please Fill up on the Order’s Notes for the courier details.

 

Shipping Policy

Order cut-off is at 3:00PM on business days, all orders received before the cut-off will be processed and scheduled for pick up the next day. Orders made after 3:00PM will be processed and book the next business day. For example, if you order an item at 4:00PM on Tuesday, your order will be processed on Wednesday and scheduled for pick up on Thursday.

For Standard Shipment, the estimated time of delivery is as follows:

  • Metro Manila – 3 to 5 Working Days
  • Luzon – 5 to 7 Working Days
  • Visayas and Mindanao – 7 to 14 Working Days

Please note that the estimated time of delivery only count working days, not including Saturday, Sundays and holidays.

For Same Day Delivery via Lalamove or Grab:
Order will be delivered same day if the order is received before the cut-off time.
Kaiserdombag will be the on to booked the delivery for shipment.

 

Shipping Fee

For Standard Shipment:
Shipping Fee will be computed based on Delivery Address you provided and shall be available upon check out. Each area of delivery has a corresponding minimum shipping rate.

For Same Day Delivery via Lalamove or Grab:
Customer will pay the shipping fee directly to Lalamove or Grab.

For Pick up:
Upon submission of order, an order confirmation shall be sent to you. Processing of order shall take at least 1-3 days. Kaiserdombag will send pick up details base on the contact information provided by you.

 

Order Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations for Direct Bank Transfer, GCash and Paymaya Transactions.

For Cash On Delivery Transactions, If a customer wishes to cancel an order, they are required to contact us immediately at (+63) 917 977 7855 before it is processed. If the customer contacts us before the order has been processed, the order can be canceled and the customer will not incur any charges. However, we do not accept cancellation of order if the item has already been shipped.

If the customer refuse to make a payment when the order arrived, customer’s information will be listed on banned COD payment.

Kaiserdombag shall not be responsible and liable for any loss to the customer arising from wrong input of shipping information and/or payment information for the item purchased.

Kaiserdombag reserves the right to check and decide whether the customer is eligible for the said payment method and may suspend the transaction if no further confirmation/validation was provided

 

Return Policy:

We only accept the return conditions below:

  1. If the item is defective / factory defect.
  2. If the item shipped is wrong.
  3. If you received an item with this condition, please contact our Customer Service.

We reserve the right to refuse a return request if the request does not comply with our policy.
